A Word from the Mayor

Welcome. Our families have been at this landing a long time — some since before the parish had a name — and most of us never saw a reason to be anywhere else. People sometimes ask what we do out here. We look after the place, and the place looks after us. That has always been the whole of it.

Village Hall is open Monday through Friday, nine to three. If the window is closed, knock on the glass — once is enough. Come see us in the daytime.

— Hippolyte "Paul" Doyle, Mayor
